About Mike Lende, Your Canada's Health Coach

I offer a unique heath service where I travel to see clients to help them with their health, nutrition and fitness goals. I have recently expanded my services to also help women achieve their best health. I visit clients in Toronto, Richmond Hill and Thornhill. I am flexible with my hours and locations to accommodate my clients’ schedules. Even though wellness is a number one priority; I know that it can be tough balancing clean eating and training time into our busy lives.

Relying upon decades of experience as a coach and trainer, I have been working with clients one-on-one for over a year now. I have helped many men and women lose weight, gain more energy and confidence while improving their personal lives and careers. In addition to achieving weight loss goals, my clients enjoy improved self confidence, reduced stress levels and become higher energy, happier people. We work on relationships, communications, time management and health related concerns. It's a holistic approach to achieving real and permanent results.

I want to help as many people as I can, so I am expanding my reach. To educate a wider public on the importance of taking an active role in maintaining health; I have a regular podcast, take on public speaking roles and appear on media outlets.

I work with large companies to guide their employees on the importance of health in the work place. There is substantial evidence which clearly demonstrates increased productivity and less sick days stemming from improved personal health improvements. These employers recognize the value of my showing their teams how they can become happier and healthier both at work and home.

The Mike Lende Difference

First and foremost, it is my dream to help transform individuals into the best versions of themselves. To get there, I firmly believe one-on-one health coaching works. I do not allow my clients to fail. I work with them, side-by-side, as long as required to help them accomplish their goals.

Most of my clients struggle with some major challenge. It can be unhappiness or dissatisfaction with one or more aspects of their present health condition or general state of mind. Many of them come to me overweight, overstressed, and lacking the energy to manage their day-to-day lives.

For many folks, this has become a reality of modern-day life. It doesn’t have to be this way! Together, I will show you what it takes so that we can achieve behavioural transformation to help you become the best, most energetic version of yourself.

Everyday, I help people add years to their lives by teaching them how to eat, exercise and manage their daily activities better. I am able to get people to discover a whole new side of themselves they didn't even suspect existed!

I strive to give my clients my best, in order to help them become their best. If you’re overweight, overstressed, overtired, or unhappy, I’m here to guide you to a better version of yourself with attentive, focused and compassionate coaching.

I am a certified Health Coach, by The Health Coach Institute. I am a proud member of the Canadian Health Coach Alliance. I have also personally received the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal presented by the Prime Minister of Canada.
